My Mx Agent Terms of Use


 
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE VERY CAREFULLY.

For purposes of this Agreement, the terms “we,” “us,” our” and “My Mx Agent.com” refer to Mx Agent, Inc., a Kentucky corporation, and “you” and “your” refers to you, as a user of our site.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) BETWEEN YOU, THE END USER (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF,  PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT. BY CLICKING ON THE “YES, I ACCEPT” BUTTON, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY, AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO, THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT CLICK ON THE “YES, I ACCEPT” BUTTON AND DISCONTINUE YOUR REGISTRATION.
My MX Agent.com may at any time modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement and your continued use of this Website will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use. My Mx Agent.com is a Advertising networking service. support@mymxagent.com


1. Restrictions. You are solely responsible for any and all acts and omissions that occur under your user login and password, and you shall not to engage in unacceptable use of the Website. My MX Agent.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the membership of such violators. YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES INCURRED THROUGH USE OF YOUR LOGIN CREDENTIALS. 

2. Membership. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. No minors may use or access the Website unless My Mx Agent receives consent from the minor’s parents or legal guardian. By agreeing to this Agreement as a Member, or parent/legal guardian of Member, you hereby warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of agreeing to this Agreement, and that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and that you agree to maintain the accuracy of such information. You are solely responsible for all content published or displayed through your account, including any requests or offers for sponsorship..   

3. Sponsorship. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT SPONSORSHIP WILL BE ACQUIRED OR GIVEN AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICE. To the extent that you enter into a sponsorship transaction, you acknowledge that you may not disclose to any third party any sponsorship information acquired through the Service, including, but not limited to, the terms of your sponsorship contracts, pricing and any other information deemed as confidential by the parties to the sponsorship transaction. You agree to follow all the requirements or terms as stated by your applicable sponsorship agreements.

4. Term/Fees. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Website, the Service, and/or are a Member. My Mx Agent.com may terminate your membership for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your registration or such other email address as you may subsequently provide to My Mx Agent.com. If My Mx Agent.com terminates your access to the Service because you have breached this Agreement, you shall not be entitled a refund.

 
5. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM AND MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES AS TO ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH ANY CONTRACTS, ANY PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE MX AGENTS.COM, OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS THAT ARE PURCHASED THROUGH AFFILIATED SPONSORS ARE PURCHASED FROM THE SPONSORS ONLY AND NOT FROM MY MX AGENT.COM. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more Sponsors, you hereby release MY Mx Agent.com and our subsidiaries and our respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you hereby waive California Civil Code §1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”   


6. Credit Card Payments. This Section shall apply if you elect to make payments on the Website using a credit card. You hereby authorize MY MX Agent.com and/or its payment processor to charge all amounts owed as a result of your use of the Website to the credit card you provide to My Mx Agent.com. Questions regarding charges must be brought to the attention of our billing department within ninety (90) days after the end of the questioned billing period. Charges beyond ninety (90) days old are not subject to review, reversal or refund.

7. Taxes. You are solely responsible for payment of all sales and other taxes arising from your purchases of products from Sponsors through their respective Companies.
 

8. Copyright Policy. None of the material on our Website may be downloaded, distributed, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted or copied in any form or by any means, without the prior written permission of My Mx Agent.com.
 


SELECTING “YES, I ACCEPT” WILL BE THE LEGAL EQUIVALENT OF YOUR SIGNATURE ON A WRITTEN CONTRACT, AND EQUALLY BINDING. YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND USE THE SERVICE.
